"Petit gift-wrapping" A gift wrapping service for small items is available for the selected items listed below. Select this service option before the purchase. Refer to the individual product page for details.

1. Ordering

Select the desired item.
You can check the items you wish to order by clicking the CART on the top right of your screen.

An item may not be placed in the shopping cart for the below reasons.

・OUT OF STOCK
"OUT OF STOCK" will be displayed on the selected item's page if there is no stock of it left.

・Petit gift-wrapping
There will be a need to select whether you would like Petit gift-wrapping or not for certain items that apply to this service before being able to place it in the shopping cart.

In the case that the item cannot be placed in the shopping cart or cannot be purchased for circumstances other than those above, please contact us at the store.

2. Provide customer and delivery details

Orders can be placed without registering as a member.

In registering as a member, purchases can be made easier after logging in.
Along with that, favorite items can be saved as well as saving multiple delivery destinations.

3. Payment method, shipping fee

4. Order confirmed

Once the order is confirmed an Email from info@hirocoledge.jp will be sent to the provided address with order details.

*Some free domain mails may divert mails from the store (info@hirocoledge.jp) as Junk mail.
Please set mails from our store as not junk mail beforehand.

5. Delivery completion

When the ordered items have been dispatched, a mail from info@hirocoledge.jp will be sent to notify you of this.

The delivery status of the ordered items can be checked using the tracking number and link provided in this mail.

【Returns and Exchanges for Made-to-Order Products (YUKATA / by two)】

If, by any chance, the product you receive is different from the item you ordered, or if the product is defective due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect size, stains, or damage, we will promptly take the best and quickest possible action to resolve the issue.

In such cases, HIROCOLEDGE will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and for reshipping the replacement.

However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・The product has already been worn.
・The product has been damaged or stained by the customer.
・We were not contacted within 7 days of the date the product was delivered.

【Returns and Exchanges for Other Products】

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product has an incorrect size, stains, or damage due to an error on our part.
