If the delivered product is different from the product ordered, has an incorrect size due to an error on our part, or is defective due to damage, staining, or other circumstances attributable to us, we will promptly provide the best and quickest solution available.
In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product and for reshipping the replacement product.
However, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has already been worn.
- The product has been damaged or stained by the customer.
- We were not contacted within 7 days of the product's delivery.
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product has an incorrect size, is stained, or is damaged due to an error on our part.
